Three competitions for young talents at the SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN 2017

In three big competitions, here at the fair in hall 14, young welders can prove their skill. During the last two days, the nationwide level of the DVS competition “Young Welders” was held. In the course of the year regional competitions took place in the more than 70 DVS district branches.

The winners of those subsequently took part in the competitions of their regional branches. Those who came out victorious there, meet strong competitors at the nationwide level. “Here, truly the best young welders come together and the contests in the four disciplines are always extremely exciting.” Reports Hans-Jörg Herold, chairman of the national working group “Young Welders”. All the participants were truly enthusiastic about the atmosphere of the competition here in the fair hall in front of a large audience and about the support by the experienced team here in Düsseldorf.
